CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced: You will have the opportunity to provide documentation support to several projects. This position will provide quality assurance, cost and pay estimation, setting up project files and tracking spreadsheets, preparing, editing and revising documents, maintaining calendars, attending project meetings & taking notes, assisting with production and distribution of project deliverables, and project filing. You have a background in providing technical and administrative support; document coordination; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Organized: This position requires someone who is proactive, organized and detail-oriented and interested in providing project documentation and technical and administrative support to construction projects in our Community Building Division.
Flexible: You may also coordinate the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of administrative and project-related functions; prepare, edit and distribute documents; coordinate with teams across Parametrix, regarding deadlines for documents, contracts, and pre-bills; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and travel; and maintain data and/or filing.
Relationship & Communication Focused: Must have strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and be a team player. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an incredible work ethic. You are willing to follow up on information, ask questions and collaborate, collaborate, collaborate!
