Parametrix is seeking a CADD Services Manager to join our growing firm!  We are seeking a strong technical CADD professional with leadership interest and a desire to work across our multi-disciplined firm with offices in WA, OR, ID, UT and NM. We have a talented team of technical professionals working within the disciplines of both AutoCAD and Microstation supporting clients in the Community Building, Environmental, Transportation and Water markets across the Western United States. This position will report to our Chief Operating Officer. This position will not have direct reports; however is a key position within our CADD structure and will work with the CADD professionals and a CADD Steering Committee to guide the collective vision and direction for CADD services company-wide as well as implementing special projects. The position location is open to our Puyallup, Seattle, or Spokane, WA; Portland, OR or Boise, ID offices and finalized upon candidate selection.   


Strategic Implementer: Proven experience providing vision and direction for CADD services related to infrastructure, budgeting, technology, resource and development as we maintain and enhance our company-wide standards and keep pace with market technological advancements. This position will communicate across all levels of the organization.

Quality Driven: Focused on quality assurance with a strong desire to refine and implement consistent company-wide CADD standards.

Relationship Focused: Build and establish strong internal partnerships with the company-wide CADD committee, IT, and other senior leaders and externally with CADD vendors. Proven history of leadership within a CADD position is required. The CADD Steering Committee works in collaboration with this position to accomplish the strategic direction for recruiting, supervision, training and scheduling of CADD resources.
Experienced: 10+ years of progressive work history with a strong technical understanding of current CADD Software (AutoCAD, Civil 3d 2016/17, InRoads, OpenRoads, Microstation, Revit, BIM, etc.).  Candidates with ProjectWise experience a plus.
Collaborator: Strong team orientation and the ability to successfully integrate and collaborate across all disciplines working from multiple locations. This position will require traveling up to 25% of the time in support of all Parametrix locations, including some overnight stays.


Growth Opportunity: While many components of CADD Services Practice are established across Parametrix, this person would have the ability to join us as we launch an integrated vision and collaborative multi-office approach to CADD services.
