SENIOR WATER RESOURCES MANAGER
Parametrix is seeking a senior leader for our Water Resources/Watershed Management Program to join our growing, outstanding team of professionals at Parametrix. We have locations in Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah & Washington and are open to candidate preference for location aligned with market presence and established client base.
Parametrix has expertise in fisheries biology, water quality, hydrology, geomorphology, engineering, regulatory analysis, and environmental policy. The Senior Water Resources Manager would join our existing Integrated Watershed Management Group in a lead role to expand our presence in water and watershed-related work and support comprehensive planning and cooperative efforts to manage riverine systems, water supply, land use, and related resources that affect critical ecosystems.
WHO YOU ARE:
Detailed Visionary: Think out of the box and have a passion for watershed/environmental work and an entrepreneurial spirit. Can define a detailed, strategic approach plan including: identification or creation of projects, knowledge of funding specialists and sources, identification of clients in need of professional services, teaming agreements with other firms, and ability to market technological advancements.
Creative and Driven: Focused on identifying strategic opportunities and implementing successful pursuit strategies that build on and expand Parametrix’s existing base of state, local, and federal clients throughout the western United States, specifically in support of our regional operations centered in Washington, Oregon, the Intermountain region, and Southwest.
Talented: A record of successfully building multi-disciplinary water resource programs, developing client relations, and delivering projects.
Relationship Focused: Interested in expanding on existing client relationships and building new ones, identifying strategic opportunities and implementing successful pursuit strategies, specifically with state and local agencies in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico, and Utah, as well as the EPA, Army Corps, and USFW.
