WHO YOU ARE:
Professional: LSIT or PLS looking for a position which combines office and field work and provides daily support to our professional surveyors. Your project experience includes utilities work, roadway and interchange improvements, and you have a solid understanding of subsurface construction, building layout, and necessary mapping details.
Experienced: You will have a solid understanding of work flow for checking and processing survey field notes, and AutoCAD Civil 3-D skills, specifically your proficiency with planimetrics and surfaces, and ability to independently draft a variety of mapping deliverables. You are familiar with horizontal and vertical datums. You have strong skills in researching sources for control monumentation, and able to interpret and check construction plans for site and building improvements. You will have the ability to make a sound, independent analysis in regard to boundary work and you are able to work independently in the field and have a solid understanding of survey instruments and GPS methodologies. Understanding of AutoCAD/Civil3D is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must be team oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have an incredible work ethic.
Work ethic: The Survey team works hard and is looking for someone to effectively deliver projects both in the office and in the field as needed. You are self-motivated and work well as a 1-person field crew, but also thrive in a team environment. Travel may be required to our Bremerton, Puyallup and Seattle buildings as necessary to support projects.
