Job Description

Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences and construction management consulting firm, is seeking multiple Project Coordinators to join our well-established team of dedicated professionals in support the Puget Sound Organization Bremerton, Puyallup, & Seattle. We currently have a full-time role in Seattle and a half-time role in Puyallup.


Experienced: 3+ years of experience; background in document coordination and project support; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project experience is a big plus). Previous engineering support; familiarity with federally funded projects (LAG; Local Agency Guidelines); and technical writing experience is highly desirable.

Knowledgeable: You will provide support to technical project managers with all aspects (initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, close out) of project scope, schedule and budget development and analysis, earned value set-up and analysis, and change management for large-scale projects; implement systems to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, consultants/contractors, contracts and communication; ensure contract compliance and oversee production of project control documents and deliverables.  In addition, you will be included in project/division meetings and assist with the production of technical documents, such as plans and specifications, reports, and technical memos.

Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player and you thrive on developing rapport with others to maintain quality delivery. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
